The NTS Health website currently only ships orders within Australia. If you are an international customer, please use the contact us form and we can organise shipment to your location.
Shipping Cost
We offer $12.50 flat rate shipping throughout Australia on all products except ‘The Portable Rescue Room’. NTS Health use Australia Post for all deliveries. Transit Insurance is included.
Delivery Timeframes
Your package is shipped from Yandina on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Once we receive payment, the order is processed and usually dispatched within one business day. If there is a delay (a rare occurrence), you will be notified immediately. The estimated delivery timeframe is 1-4 days. Most customers receive their products very quickly.

Deliveries can be monitored using Australia Post’s ‘E-Parcel Tracking’.
