We can only truly understand ourselves through relationship with others. Yet relationships (family, social, romantic), can also be the most difficult and frustrating experiences we have. Who hasn't been disappointed, hurt, let down? Some relationships falter, some fray, some appear to have failed altogether. Understanding our own role and power in connecting and reconnecting to significant others is the first, and most important step, in our journey 'home' (to ourselves and to our own authenticity). 'Home' is a place of health, healing and happiness, don't we all want to find our way there?
