A healthy sex life is a prerequisite for a happy, fulfilling relationship and yet a great many of us have lost the desire that drives sexuality. In this fascinating presentation, author/educator, Graeme Sait, delves into the mechanics of desire to delineate the key players in the issue of lost libido. The problem is particularly pronounced in women, prompting controversial sex therapist Bettina Arndt to call for a return to obligatory sex in marriage. It seems a much better strategy to explore the reasons for the loss of libido and to address the root causes, whether they are emotional, hormonal or nutrition based.
