Probiotic, Protein and Potassium - a healthy smoothie you will love!

Method
- I give this drink to my boys in the morning just before they leave for school. It gives them a shot of protein, potassium, probiotics and a good range of other minerals. Bananas can be frozen when they are in abundance but let them soften a little before blending.
Use a blender to mix all ingredients. Thick smoothies can be eaten with a spoon and in fact this can be frozen to make a healthy icecream. A couple of ice cubes are a nice addition in summer.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 scoops of Yogurt
- 1/4 cup of Water
- 1 Organic Egg
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Digest-Ease™
- Stevia Drops (if you like it sweet!)
